Capriccio on the Theme of Qin Opera is a national orchestral piece created in 1958 by famous composers and professors of Xi'an Conservatory of Music Zhao Zhenxiao and Lu Rirong. In 1963, this piece was presented to the audience as a new work in the 4th "Shanghai Spring" National Erhu Solo Competition, and it was a great success, and was known as the representative work of "Qin School Music". This piece is in the form of a cyclic body, and has the structural characteristics of an opera board cavity.
