In 1987, when the two sides of the strait opened up for exchanges, Taiwan's Tangshan Music Collection negotiated and obtained the recording copyright of a group of folk music performers' works from the mainland. The following year, Music China Publishing House was established to publish these recordings in the form of tapes. These two cassettes are one of them, and this is also the first audio-visual product known to be publicly released by Mr. Yu in Taiwan.
